Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based teletherapy sessions focused on individual adults, utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques and customized therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric providers, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal progress measures to continually evaluate and adapt treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our digital therapy portal to ensure compliance and facilitate effective communication within the care team.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship through regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individual adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood disorders. A key component of your role will involve working with clients from diverse backgrounds, which necessitates a deep understanding of cultural sensitivities and a commitment to fostering therapeutic rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Proven ability to deliver cognitive behavioral therapy and evidence-based interventions effectively.

• Strong technological proficiency, with a passion for integrating digital solutions into therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
