This full-time position will focus on providing high-quality care to individuals battling addiction and mental health issues within our detox center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to clients experiencing addiction and mental health challenges via telehealth consultations.
\n
• Foster a therapeutic alliance by establishing rapport and trust with clients, actively engaging them in the treatment process.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive assessments necessary for developing tailored treatment plans focusing on individual client needs.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering peer support and promoting shared learning within a safe environment.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, including immediate support for clients in acute distress.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify treatment protocols and ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting care plans based on their changing needs and ensuring a focus on empowerment and choice in recovery.
\n
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.

Your work will directly impact clients who are experiencing significant mental health and addiction issues, often within vulnerable populations. This position requires sensitivity to the complexities of their situations and the ability to implement evidence-based practices that cater to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Kansas.
\n
• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field—an MSW is preferred but not mandatory for this role.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in clinical settings, particularly working with addiction and mental health issues.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships across diverse populations.
\n
• Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a detox or inpatient treatment setting.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment and mental health therapy.

• Familiarity with community resources and referral systems to support clients throughout their recovery journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, depending on experience.
