Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to determine clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Establish and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to provide comprehensive and integrated care focused on the clients' overall health and recovery goals.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them to essential community resources, support services, and programs that align with their recovery goals.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcome assessments in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals in the detoxification process, encompassing clients with co-occurring mental health disorders and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably in a mental health or addiction setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating comprehensive treatment plans.
