Program & Marketing Manager, UNLV Gaming Regulation, Program Support (Flexible Work Schedule) [R0151571] The International Center for Gaming Regulation (“the Center”) advances local and global collaborative efforts to enhance the rigor and science of gaming regulation. The Center engages regulators, operators and suppliers worldwide to provide current information, best practices and tools, promote research and advocate for consistent, effective standards. Overview This position supports the Center’s mission by managing its educational and for‑profit activities. The Program & Marketing Manager will serve as the program and production leader responsible for marketing, organizing, and managing on‑site and virtual program data, logistics, and execution for open‑enrollment and custom programs. Responsibilities Lead marketing, programming, budgeting, invoicing and receipt preparation for all Center programs. Manage open‑enrollment training, education, and best‑practice programs; coordinate seminars, faculty development programs, and informational round tables. Ensure program budgets align with revenue goals and long‑term sustainability. Execute day‑to‑day decisions to maintain the Center’s mission, responding quickly to changing priorities. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 3–5 years of related professional experience . Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn and Twitter. Previous industry or educational program management experience. Exceptional attention to detail, coordination of multiple projects, and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. High initiative and ownership; ability to improve project execution. Strong problem‑solving skills in a small team environment. Ability to work independently, with confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to create clear marketing, budgeting, and profit‑and‑loss plans and statements. Adaptability to changing work assignments. Capacity to host, direct, and coordinate small and large group functions online and in‑person. Ability to speak calmly and confidently during educational or hosted events. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the hospitality and/or gaming industry and current trends in gaming regulation. Experience with Adobe Suite. Familiarity with Zoom, Webex and other online meeting platforms. Knowledge of marketing, survey tools and databases (Constant Contact, Qualtrics).
