Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses that guide treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to align with each client's unique situation and goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health issues, employing tactical and empathetic strategies to ensure their safety and begin de-escalation processes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes compliant with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nutritionists, to provide comprehensive treatment solutions that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Actively educate clients and families on mental health issues, treatment methods, and existing community resources, ensuring they are empowered to make informed decisions about their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents within the outpatient setting, supporting them through various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By fostering a safe and trusting environment, you will enable clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, ultimately paving the way for healing and progress.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist is required (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, with a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience and qualifications.
