We're looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to help us keep our finances organized and running smoothly. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and being part of a hardworking team, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do:Keep our books up to date – recording invoices, payments, and expensesHandle accounts payable and accounts receivableReconcile bank and credit card accountsAssist with payroll and make sure things are recorded correctlyPrepare simple financial reports so we know where things standWork with our owner and outside accountant for taxes and end-of-year reportsWhat We're Looking For:Experience using QuickBooks DesktopStrong attention to detail and solid organizational skillsComfortable working independently and managing your own timeA friendly attitude and good communication skillsExperience working with contractors or small businessesHouse & Pay:Part-time: about 18-20 hours per week (flexible days and hours) in officeCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceHow to Apply:If this sounds like a good fit, send us your resume and a quick note about your bookkeeping experience and availability.
