Clinical Sales Specialist

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and build customer relationships in the immunodiagnostics space. The role combines strategic account management, consultative selling, and territory development across health systems and laboratories in the Atlanta area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share in assigned territory
- Manage key account relationships and serve as trusted advisor to customers on diagnostic solutions
- Train medical office staff on test ordering, result interpretation, and product implementation
- Identify target accounts and collaborate with laboratory partners to secure customer meetings
- Support large system implementations and health economic initiatives with Business Development teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years sales experience in laboratory, scientific, or healthcare sectors
- Technical knowledge of customer applications and workflows
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MS Office
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel 50-75% within territory
- Results-oriented with demonstrated sales target achievement
