Position Overview

As a Sports-Minded Sales & Marketing Representative, you will meet with local businesses face-to-face, learn how to diagnose communication challenges, and guide decision makers toward better solutions. This role blends prospecting, relationship building, product education, and account coordination while preparing you for long-term advancement in sales and leadership.

What You Will Do

• Meet with business owners and managers in your assigned territory
• Initiate professional conversations and build rapport with decision makers
• Present phone, internet, VoIP, and unified communication solutions
• Assess business size, workflow, and current service costs
• Review bundle options, upgrades, and cost-saving opportunities
• Assist with account setup and enrollment preparation
• Maintain follow-up communication to ensure a smooth client experience
• Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and skill development sessions
