Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions via live video conferencing, providing personalized guidance and treatment to individual adult clients.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health and psychiatric professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches are adapted for each client’s needs.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and progress measures to monitor treatment effectiveness and make informed adjustments to individual treatment plans.

• Engage in weekly consultation drop-in sessions with leadership for professional support, ensuring best practices are consistently applied in your work.

• Document client interactions and track progress in our integrated EMR system, maintaining clear communication within the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will focus on adults from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health disorders. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and those at varied risk levels. Our goal is to provide culturally responsive care tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution, with appropriate licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

• Strong commitment to treating diverse populations and delivering culturally informed care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build trust and rapport with clients remotely.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of recent experience providing CBT and other evidence-based interventions specifically tailored for adult clients with varied mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications and includes performance-based bonuses.
