Receptionist

Randstad has partnered with an organization in East Boston to assist with filling their temporary Receptionist opportunity. This position will support the office in Front Desk and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have at least 1 year of experience in an office setting, have excellent communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft office.


salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors
• Answer phones and direct calls
• Collaborate with the team to assist with administrative tasks
• Document management - Sorting, Organizing, and filing paperwork

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Front Desk/Reception experience in an office setting
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
