Human Resources Officer

Position Summary This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Office of Human Resources. As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the Bureau's human resources management (HR) program, its HR program operations, and the integration of the HR initiatives into, and in support of, the overall BEP resource management program for both Washington, DC and Fort Worth, TX facilities. Qualifications You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS‑15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS‑14 grade level in the Federal service. Advising leadership on workforce composition and long‑range workforce planning strategies Leading restructuring initiatives, consolidations, and realignment efforts to support evolving business needs Supervising a staff of Human Resource professionals responsible for Staffing, Recruitment, and Classification functions Leading labor union/management relations and bargaining negotiations Guiding Human Resource policy development and compliance operations In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time‑in‑grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS‑15, you must have been at the GS‑14 level for 52 weeks. #J-18808-Ljbffr PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein)
