A busy, high-end plastic surgery practice has multiple positions available for a dependable, organized, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support both clinical care and front desk operations. This hybrid role is essential to keeping in-house surgery days running smoothly and ensuring patients move efficiently through the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing patient flow to keep the daily schedule on time.
• Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Scheduling appointments and handling front desk responsibilities.
• Working closely with the administrative team to ensure daily and long-term goals are met.
• Maintaining a professional, calm, and organized environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant experience. Certification as MA required for clinical position.
• Prior experience in a medical or surgical setting strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Professional demeanor and patient-first mindset.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced clinical environment.
