We’re looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition! As the Director of Technical Talent Acquisition you will enable InRhythm to build and manage a world-class team of recruiters focused on hiring the best technology, product and design talent. You will lead a talent acquisition team of full-cycle recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators partnering to deliver high quality talent within our worldwide technology business functions at InRhythm. As the Director of Technical Talent Acquisition, you will provide the strategic and operational direction for the design/delivery of all technical talent acquisition programs, bringing recruiting and sourcing strategies that attract the very best talent for our organization. In partnership with the Executive Leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing a team of senior recruiting talent and optimizing the talent acquisition process for low time-to-fill, excellent candidate-role fit, and high throughput. Through this, the successful candidate will develop a first-class talent acquisition team, building a unique employment brand and an engaging candidate experience; being a true advisor to business leaders. As a strategic and operationally-minded executive, the Director of Technical Talent Acquisition will oversee a team of talent acquisition professionals. At InRhythm, you will: Hire, train, manage, and develop the talent acquisition team. Position the team to achieve the company's recruiting priorities and drive a high level of performance. Create a world-class recruiting center of excellence driven by modern technologies and servant leadership to ensure that InRhythm’s recruiting is highly effective and valued Create global, comprehensive modern sourcing and recruiting strategies to build robust talent pipelines for open and future roles while leveraging internal resources. Partner with internal leaders to develop creative recruitment and sourcing strategies for open positions, in anticipation of future client’s needs. Be direct and effortless in your sourcing of candidates in order to evaluate the best potential of each candidate and guarantee an exceptional recruitment experience. Identify appropriate metrics and tools to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts; prepare reports, and recommendations for senior leadership, particularly time-to-fill, high candidate-role fit, high throughput, and low involuntary attrition. Provide an understanding of the internal/external talent landscape, building on competitive intelligence and trends to better prepare for and respond to talent demands. Provide guidance to improve the candidate pipeline via social networking, viral branding, intern and employee referral campaigns. Develop hiring strategies that align with our projected headcount and priorities to bring in top talent to InRhythm. Determine the cost of each new hire and the possible costs associated with using other strategies. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of the position(s). Represent the organization at strategic recruiting events and professional association conferences to develop and maintain industry relationships. Effectively assess candidates' potential fit with different work teams/clients and determine best practices that will enable the candidate to be successful. Demonstrate a high level of candidate care. Develop strong, favorable relations with candidates. Consistently make successful recommendations on which candidates to hire. Provide guidance on the importance of strong planning, execution and details. Proactively anticipate issues and propose solutions. Understand, contribute to and support the overall evolution of InRhythm as a business through alignment to Vision, Purpose, and Values and the evolution of the culture of the entire company. What you bring to the table: 10+ years of hands-on recruiting experience leading technical recruiting teams/practices; including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting of technical candidates with at least 3 years of direct leadership/managerial experience. Strong track record of building high-performing scalable recruiting teams with sourcing teams, process and automation. Awareness of modern tools, technologies, and ability to converse with senior technology talent. Experience with a high-growth, high-velocity culture. Experience building and driving modern talent sourcing initiatives via knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques and solutions, lifecycle methodologies, and related systems administration. Exceptional executive , change-management, and leadership presence with the ability to forge cross-functional partnerships. Global experience (India, Latin America) and understanding of regional customs, cultures and recruiting processes and barriers strongly desired. A demonstrated track record of developing/hiring talent and experience managing a team and budget. Client relationship skills include the ability to manage expectations; proactively recognize needs and adapt quickly. Personal buy-in to InRhythm’s cultural values. Proven ability to play “high and low”, operating at both a strategic and tactical level with ease and often. Pragmatic and outcome-oriented, leveraging data to make decisions. Strong ability to adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment with exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis. Highly collaborative with people with the ability to build relationships quickly. What makes you stand out from the pack: Past track record of rolling out automation at all levels of recruiting. Scaling, recruiting and talent acquisition across multiple geographies. Ability to thrive in a high velocity environment. Willingness to embrace roles with both a hands on approach and strategic management approach.
