Territory Service Manager The Territory Service Manager (TSM) is the backbone of everything we do – they make the entire operation work and ensure we remain profitable. The TSM leads a team of field employees in their assigned region to provide operational and tactical solutions and is a direct link to how we attract and retain customers. What You’ll Do Build and manage a field service team of 12–15 employees who travel to customer locations to perform preventive maintenance and repair services. Manage the service team members in Southern Texas. Manage scheduling and training of field service technicians and chemical delivery specialists. Establish performance goals for the team of technicians and coach and guide direct reports to deliver company expectations in safety compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction. Provide leadership, technical guidance, and continuing education to improve the quality of service and “own the bay” behaviors. Monitor and manage expenses, revenue, and margin targets. Review financial statements and utilize data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets and inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well‑being of the business unit. Communicate with customers and travel to assigned locations to promote good customer relations, ensure quality service, and secure contracts. Act as primary point of resolution for escalating customer issues and/or complaints, as well as internal/local concerns and complaints; resolve or escalated matters as necessary. Monitor service metrics and KPIs. Conduct QC’s, field audits, site safety audits, and damage claim assessments. What You Need High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in field service. Minimum of 3 years’ managing an electro‑mechanical team; proven history of ability to train, organize, lead, and motivate a team to succeed. Overnight travel will be required. Strong business acumen including understanding of P&L, financials, and KPIs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess a strong electrical‑mechanical skill set. Strategic thinker with proven track record in problem solving and analysis. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google. Strong negotiation skills required. Ability to prioritize multiple customer needs and/or conflicting priorities. Six Sigma and/or Lean certification is a plus.
