HVAC Install Manager

Location: Sanford, FL

One of Florida's largest residential HVAC contractors, is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our North Orlando installation team. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC Install Technicians.

• Manage the daily operations of the installation department, including scheduling, manpower planning, and workflow.

• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.

• Conduct ride-alongs, job site inspections, and quality assurance visits.

• Monitor department performance including productivity, callbacks, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Partner with Sales, Service, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution.

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop installation team members.

• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, building codes, and company procedures.

• Resolve escalated customer concerns while maintaining a world-class customer experience.

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience managing residential HVAC installation teams.

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices and equipment.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing schedules, labor, and operational performance metrics.

• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on quality workmanship.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience.

• Previous experience as an Install Manager, Installation Supervisor, or Field Operations Manager.

• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software is preferred.

• EPA Certification is a plus.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

• 15% Annual Performance Bonus

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $70,000 - $75,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
