We are seeking an experienced and motivated


HR Generalist


to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and training. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• 
  Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for open positions.
  
  



• 
  Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
  
  



• 
  Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals and workforce needs.
  
  

Employee Relations

• 
  Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management.
  
  



• 
  Resolve workplace conflicts, address employee concerns, and support a positive work environment.
  
  



• 
  Assist with investigations and employee performance matters.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• 
  Administer payroll and employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  
  



• 
  Support compensation analysis and maintain competitive pay practices.
  
  



• 
  Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and payroll.
  
  

Compliance & Safety

• 
  Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  
  



• 
  Support workplace safety initiatives and conduct HR-related investigations as needed.
  
  

Training & Development

• 
  Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  
  



• 
  Support performance review processes and career growth initiatives.
  
  



• 
  Assist with employee engagement and retention strategies.
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
  



• 
  Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices.
  
  



• 
  Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance functions.
  
  



• 
  Excellent communication, problem-solving, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
  
  



• 
  Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  
  



• 
  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
