Why This Role Stands Out Competitive hourly rate with strong benefits package Collaborative team environment with experienced attorneys High visibility supporting corporate and tax matters Key Responsibilities Manage complex attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and deadlines with a proactive approach Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with a high level of accuracy Maintain and organize client files, databases, and spreadsheets for transactional matters Process expense reports, reimbursements, and check requests Handle time entry management and ensure compliance with firm billing standards Prepare and review prebills, assist with monthly billing, and support client/matter inquiries Open new matters, coordinate conflict checks, and maintain organized file systems (electronic and physical) Support ongoing projects by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely follow-up Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information Qualifications 3+ years of transactional legal assistant experience, ideally within corporate or tax law Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with document management and time entry/billing systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Professional, client-service mindset with a proactive and flexible approach Law firm experience preferred; billing exposure (including e-billing) a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required $23–$35/hour ($44,850–$68,250 annually, depending on experience) Medical and dental coverage Group life and long-term disability insurance Optional vision and additional benefits 401(k) plan 18 days PTO (prorated first year) Monthly parking stipend If you’re a corporate legal assistant looking for a stable opportunity with strong compensation and a collaborative team, apply today! #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
