Job Title : Vault Clerk Work Location: La Mirada CA 90638 Duration: 6+ months Payrate $16- $17.85 per hour Job Description: Shift hours: 9am - 5:30pm / asking for flexibility as scheduled times may vary upon workflow demands. Free Parking Available This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise wide. Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Duties may include functions related to transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching, machine troubleshooting and vendor/client interaction over the phone or email. May have direct contact with third-party vendors and/or external customers. Researches exceptions and escalates issues to management as appropriate. The Cash Vault Operations Processor will be joining the Commercial Vault team. This is a non-customer/client facing, fast-paced production-based environment. This is a cross-functional position that you will be responsible providing production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise wide. Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production. Operating a variety of high speed equipment including currency scanners, currency sorters, coin sorters and check encoders Processing, scanning, imaging and depositing checks Transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching, machine troubleshooting, balance manifest reports Responsible for shipping & receiving tasks. Intake of deposit work where they would need to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
