【Position】 Business Development Representative 【Summary】 We are seeking a Japanese/English bilingual Business Development Representative for a company that provides online learning tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for new market entry and expansion within the United States. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can analyze market statistics to drive growth. This role involves B2C business development for both tangible and intangible products. 【Essential Duties】 Develop and implement strategic plans for new market development across the U.S. Conduct market analysis using statistical data to identify new opportunities and inform strategy. Establish and build a new client base, including schools and other educational institutions. Manage relationships with marketing agencies, affiliates, and distributors. Conduct sales activities and promotional events to drive growth. 【Work Hours & Style】 Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch break) This position requires extensive travel, potentially up to 50% or more of the month, depending on the event schedule. 【Work Location】 Torrance, CA 【Salary & Benefits】 $30 - $40 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Simple IRA 【Holidays】 Saturdays and Sundays Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off 【Qualifications】 Bachelor's Degree Bilingual in Japanese and English Proven experience in business development, web marketing, or new market creation.
