What You'll Do You will often be the first face our members and customers see, and the first voice they hear. You will have the opportunity to build their trust and represent our values to them day in and day out through: Professional phone, in-person, and digital interactions. Thorough research of their concerns and high quality resolution to billing, account, payment, and service-related issues.
