Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Engage directly with clients to collaboratively set and achieve personalized treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on a wide-ranging client demographic, including individuals from various backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

• An active and unrestricted license in Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field. A master’s degree is highly preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A strong foundation in crisis intervention and trauma-informed approaches to therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required, we prefer candidates with experience in community mental health settings and familiarity with local mental health resources. Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans, as well as knowledge of behavioral health best practices, will support your success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
