L2 Support Analyst

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience in application support and knowledge of ITIL service management principles or a comparable ITSM framework
• Technical application support experience with platforms such as Google Application Suite, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and RPA
• Strong technical capabilities, analytical skills, and application knowledge
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot application issues, using available tools and resources to identify documented or new solutions
• Basic experience with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Services and containerization tools such as Docker
• Basic experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud (PaaS), Azure Portal, App Insights, and Blob Storage
• Ability to write basic Microsoft SQL queries and understand joins
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or Splunk
• Experience managing servers through RDP sessions using CyberArk
• Basic scripting experience is desirable
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification is preferred

• Use domain expertise to identify whether faults stem from code, environments, or configurations, and guide the relevant team in developing and implementing fixes
• Provide technical diagnoses and recommended solutions within areas of expertise and assigned applications
• Apply knowledge across platforms and applications, together with an understanding of business priorities, to resolve complex problems
• Manage competing priorities and conflicting deadlines
• Build and maintain relationships across the team and organization
• Own issues through resolution and coordinate with the appropriate technical teams

The position focuses on application support across technologies including Azure, Kubernetes, Google Application Suite, and RPA, with an emphasis on resolving complex issues and aligning technical work with business priorities.
