Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a personal lines book of business, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring the smooth handling of all account-related tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Compensation Package Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available Responsibilities Manage and service a personal lines book of business with account sizes ranging from $100 to $50,000 in premium. Handle endorsements, billing inquiries, payments, and claims. Track renewals and cancellations, ensuring timely processing and follow-up. Address underwriting issues and assist with remarketing and quoting account rounds for existing personal lines business. Provide backup support for issuing new business policies and quoting new accounts. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications / Requirements Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing personal lines accounts from start to finish. Software Proficiency: Experience with Applied Epic software is preferred. Soft Skills: Professional demeanor and communication skills. Strong sense of accountability and reliability.
