Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Psychiatry Wellness Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs of families and individuals, including those facing issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, medical issues, and more.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, while also offering individual therapy to family members for a comprehensive approach to treatment.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that address specific familial conflicts and challenges, ensuring that therapy sessions foster important communication within families.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to support clients in achieving their personal and relational goals.
\n
• Maintaining detailed clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and support during critical moments in clients' lives, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to work with families dealing with a range of emotional and psychological concerns, including but not limited to:
