NetSuite Services Consultant - Advanced Projects (SRP) [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a NetSuite Services Consultant - Advanced Projects (SRP) based in United States.

This is a specialized NetSuite consulting role focused on delivering end-to-end ERP implementations within project-driven and professional services environments. You will act as a functional expert on NetSuite SRP, guiding clients through requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization. The role requires a strong blend of business process understanding and technical ERP configuration expertise, particularly in project accounting, revenue recognition, and services resource planning. You will work closely with clients to translate complex operational needs into scalable NetSuite solutions that improve visibility, profitability, and project execution. This position is highly client-facing and requires strong communication skills, leadership in guiding stakeholders, and the ability to manage full lifecycle implementations. You will also collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior consultants while ensuring delivery excellence across multiple engagements. Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations with a focus on Services Resource Planning (SRP), from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design for project-centric accounting and professional services workflows.
• Configure NetSuite modules including SRP, project billing rules, revenue recognition, time and expense, and related financial workflows.
• Develop functional and technical documentation including design specs, testing scripts, process flows, and system configuration guides.
• Advise clients on best practices for project accounting, including milestone billing, charge-based billing, job costing, and revenue recognition standards such as ASC 606.
• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations throughout project delivery while ensuring successful implementation outcomes.
• Support organizational change management efforts and provide training to end users and client teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and practices.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite SRP (Services Resource Planning) module is mandatory.
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementations in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Deep expertise in project-based accounting including WBS, job costing, project budgeting, and profitability reporting.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards such as ASC 606 and their application within NetSuite.
• Experience with milestone billing, charge-based billing, and project-based financial workflows.
• Familiarity with SuiteProjects, ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), Time & Expense, and related NetSuite modules.
• Experience working with PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools and services organizations.
• Ability to configure NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and project templates for reporting and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Exposure to tools such as Deltek is a plus.
