Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Sun Rise Horizon, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' mental health, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to establish individualized care plans.

• Documenting treatment records, reports, and clinical information promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental procedures.
