Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to formulate personalized therapy strategies tailored to the needs of each client.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address individual challenges and group dynamics.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all patient records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals and support staff to create integrated care plans aimed at improving mental health outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families facing a myriad of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, leveraging your skills to foster resilience and promote emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, along with a generous sign-on bonus for new hires. Your compensation will reflect your experience and commitment to clinical excellence.
