Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This remote position allows for flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy or counseling to clients facing various mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather pertinent social, personal, environmental, and health-related information to inform treatment plans.

• Evaluate client needs and develop tailored care strategies that address their social and emotional wellbeing.

• Coordinate diversified programs and activities to enhance clients' social supports and emotional health.
\n
• Facilitate sessions focusing on cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health, including interventions for crisis resolution and referrals to community resources.

• Maintain a relationship characterized by empathy, respect, and trust with clients to foster a therapeutic alliance.

• Regularly assess and document treatment efficacy, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care through updated case documentation.

• Manage an active caseload and ensure compliance with clinical protocols in client record-keeping.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic approaches to one’s health, attending staff meetings and participating in case discussions as appropriate.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, this position is eligible for a sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes:
