Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a clinician to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, providing both in-office and remote therapy sessions.

• Facilitate assessment processes, utilizing evidence-based screening tools to ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated care plans that address the complex needs of clients, coordinating treatment with external services when required.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, delivering assessments and therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Provide direct crisis intervention, utilizing best practices to address acute situations that require immediate attention.

• Monitor and assess client progress while ensuring that treatment services are responsive to their needs.

• Complete documentation and submit reports in a timely manner in compliance with agency standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve a diverse clientele facing a variety of psychosocial challenges, including mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

New Horizons Mental Health Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
