Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific challenges and goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, effectively enhancing client well-being.

• Maintain and ensure accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, for integrated and holistic client care.

Our outpatient practice serves a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals who are navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with an additional sign-on bonus of $3000 to help you settle into your new position. Benefits include:
