Account Director

For our client, we are seeking a Account Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment. Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $225,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement a global account plan to meet client needs Drive global account growth and expansion of services Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders Oversee and elevate global program delivery with a focus on employee experience Establish Standard Operating Procedures for account management Hire the most qualified candidates for account roles Craft career development plans for direct reports Qualifications 10+ years in Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate executive leadership Experience driving global employee experience programs Proven ability to develop outsourced Integrated Facility Management solutions for Fortune 500 companies Extensive experience in hiring, training, and retaining large teams (100+) in client service environments Experience in proactive budget management Bachelor's degree required, MBA or post-graduate studies preferred Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Generous Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
