Clinical Liaison – Kansas City Area

Luxor Healthcare is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Clinical Liaison to support our growing network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities throughout the Kansas City area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating patient transitions, and helping connect individuals with quality post-acute care services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners to drive admissions and support occupancy growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations

• Review referrals and coordinate admissions processes, including assessments, documentation, and authorizations

• Conduct facility presentations and tours for referral sources and families

• Communicate resident needs to facility teams to ensure smooth transitions

• Promote a positive image of our facilities within the community

• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care processes

• Travel between facilities and throughout the Kansas City market to support referral development and admissions growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of admissions, business development, clinical liaison, or related healthcare experience

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, or hospital settings preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

• Professional customer service and phone skills

• Knowledge of Managed Care processes preferred

• LPN license preferred but not required

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Kansas City area
