Immediate Hiring For Assembler - 1st And 2nd Shift - $19.25/HourAs an Assembler, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing cell. This involves detailed assembly and operation of various equipment and machinery according to documented procedures. Your tasks may include electronic assembly, casting/coating functions, mechanical assembly, and packaging, all within a controlled cleanroom environment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble medical devices and related components using hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and various equipment.Clean tools and equipment following documented procedures.Perform routine assignments according to specified and standardized procedures.Conduct visual inspection and precision measurements on components and assemblies.Perform tests on units using computerized test equipment.Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools.Package devices ensuring all parts are accurate and documentation is complete.Maintain accurate records to ensure travelers, shop floor paperwork, and quality documents are accurate and traceable.Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices and equipment.Essential SkillsAssemblyMachine operationMedical device assemblyBasic English proficiency6 months of manufacturing experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDWhy Work Here?Join a respected healthcare company that values professionalism and offers a $500 bonus for referrals who start with the company and complete 30 days of employment.Work EnvironmentWork in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment using microscopes and other specialized equipment.
