Managing the full Accounts Payable process, including purchase order matching, invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliation, and payment preparation Preparing customer invoices and supporting Accounts Receivable collections Entering sales orders and maintaining accurate customer and project records Processing payroll, reviewing timecards, reimbursements, and payroll journal entries Preparing journal entries and assisting with month-end close activities Performing bank and financial account reconciliations Managing cash flow and company funds Preparing job costing and project invoicing across multiple business divisions Monitoring AR aging and assisting with collections Reviewing general ledger accounts and assisting with financial reporting Allocating payroll and expenses appropriately Maintaining accurate accounting records within the Sage accounting system Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports for leadership Supporting continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in producing accurate work, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger accounting Experience performing reconciliations and journal entries Job costing experience is a plus Sage accounting software experience preferred Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining quality Excellent communication and teamwork skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality What Makes You Successful You're dependable and take ownership of your work.
