You must be willing and able to: Work at least 80 hours per pay period (and more when needed) Have open availability including: 2 opening shifts 2 closing shifts Saturday & Sunday coverage Maintain a 5-day work week Deliver a minimum of 120 haircuts per pay period while balancing managerial duties We take care of our leaders!
