Customer Support Specialist
We are partnering with a reputable, service-focused organization seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in the Cincinnati area. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, personalized support rather than relying on scripted responses.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls related to service requests, account inquiries, scheduling, and issue resolution
- Deliver tailored, customer-focused solutions while ensuring a positive overall experience
- Record and maintain accurate details of all customer interactions within internal systems
- Actively listen to concerns, identify root issues, and escalate complex situations when appropriate
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, account information, and next steps
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of requests
- Consistently meet established performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within a call center or high-volume setting
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-first approach
- Ability to handle continuous calls throughout the day in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and responding naturally without relying on scripts
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and ability to multitask across platforms
- Dependable with strong attendance and a professional demeanor
- Experience with billing, account support, or issue resolution is a plus
