Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and compliant clinical care, consistently demonstrating our philosophy that centers around family involvement and the commitment to achieving optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with medical professionals and other members of the multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.

• Participate in department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, including involvement in special projects, performance improvement activities, and facility committees that enhance clinic operations.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the current regulatory environment, including scope of practice, coding and billing practices, and compliant documentation within a revenue cycle context.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily focus on orthopedic patients of all ages who require rehabilitation due to musculoskeletal injuries or post-surgical recovery. You will have the chance to work with diverse populations, providing care that not only addresses their physical limitations but also inspires them to regain confidence and perform daily activities without pain.

Qualifications

• A valid and current California Physical Therapist License is required.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a demonstrated passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to foster relationships with patients, families, and team members.
• Comprehensive knowledge of human physiology and anatomy as they pertain to physical therapy practices.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred and would be considered advantageous for candidates wishing to excel in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is between $110,000 and $125,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
