Operations Data Analyst Hybrid Opportunity | Local Candidates Preferred Up to $53/hr Are you a ServiceNow expert with Field Service Management (FSM) experience? Join a leading organization where you'll play a key role in optimizing field operations, mobile workflows, scheduling systems, and inventory management. What You'll Do Administer and maintain the ServiceNow FSM platform, including upgrades and system enhancements Configure and support Dispatcher Workspace and Mobile Agent applications Manage work orders, assignment rules, task dependencies, and territory planning Support inventory management, stockrooms, and asset transfer processes Develop and maintain UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and notifications Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency What We're Looking For 3+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Knowledge of dynamic scheduling, map integrations, and mobile workflows ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification required Local candidates preferred for this hybrid role Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available at The pay transparency policy is available at For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
