Assembler - Now Hiring

Looking for a dependable, hands-on role that offers ultimate flexibility and consistent pay? Become an entry-level assembler / component handler! This role is perfect for those with little to no previous experience who are eager to learn basic manufacturing skills on short-term contracts. If you are reliable, detailed, and ready to start earning now, choose shifts that work for you!

Your responsibilities:

- Basic assembly: perform simple, non-complex assembly of components (e.g., snapping, gluing, screwing, packaging) under direct supervision.
- Material preparation: count, sort, and organize materials and components, ensuring all necessary parts are available at the workstation.
- Inspection: perform basic visual inspections to ensure all parts are present and the assembly is complete before packaging.
- Packaging: assist with the final step of the process, including bagging, boxing, and labeling finished assembled products.
- Work readiness: quickly adapt to the requirements of various short-term mandates across different warehouse or assembly sites.

work hours: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
