We are seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner, to work at the St. Jude's, powered by PremiseHealth, located in Memphis, TN. Enjoy a true work-life-friendly schedule with flexible second-shift options, including approximately 12 PM8 PM or 1 PM9 PM, and the choice of 32 or 40 hours per week. Make a meaningful impact without an overwhelming patient volume, caring for approximately 14 patients per day with a blend of primary care and acute/urgent care. What You'll Do:

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned
