Human Resources Benefits CoordinatorShamrock Trading Corporation is looking for a Human Resources Benefits Coordinator to join the HR team. This role is responsible for assisting with the administration of all healthcare plans and benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and the 401k plan. An ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of employee benefits and Human Resources.What You'll DoResponds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiriesAssists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changesProcesses enrollment and life change event requests within the HRIS system and works directly with carriers as neededEnsures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS system to provide vendors with accurate eligibility informationPerforms quality audits of monthly benefits bills and benefits-related dataProvides necessary reports for allocation/billing chargesDistributes all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibilityEnsures that SharePoint is maintained with the most up-to-date benefit informationAssists with the open enrollment processAssists with wellness initiatives, communications and eventsAdministers the AAA Roadside Assistance company perkAssists as needed in the coordination of 401k trainings and financial planning seminarsAssists with the administration of all leave of absence requests and disability paperwork with assistance of outside vendor, as neededAssists with ACA compliance and year-end filingsPerforms other related duties and projects as required and assignedWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field1+ years experience in HR and/or benefits administrationGeneral knowledge of employee benefits and applicable lawsExcellent organizational skills and time management skillsSkilled in MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plusExcellent communication and people skillsAptitude in problem-solvingDesire to work as a team with a results driven approachStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectivelyApply Today!We're so excited to connect with you!
