What You'll Do Work onsite and within region to partner with business leaders and hiring managers in the Semi Service organization to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy within the market/region. shepherd time and resources effectively and keep business partners up to date on a regular basis. Use a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent. Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline and the skills needed to be successful in the Tesla environment. Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity. What You'll Bring Minimum of 2 years high volume recruiting experience. Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent. Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting with assessments. A genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your career. Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends. The ability to lead projects to successful conclusions – balancing efficiency with quality. A combination of corporate and agency experience is preferred.
