About the Role:
ESPRIT CONSULTING INC is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our growing team in St. Louis, MO! Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers directly to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships
- Present and promote products/services to prospective and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive sales
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance goals
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a professional manner
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development programs
- Collaborate with team members to support overall business growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- No prior sales experience required — full training provided
- Must be located in or able to commute to St. Louis, MO
