Compensation: $45k Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus

If you have strong communication skills, enjoy talking with people, stay organized, follow through on commitments, and are motivated to build a career in sales, we can teach you the rest.

Experience in customer service, retail, recruiting, hospitality, banking, call centers, inside sales, or business development can provide an excellent foundation.

What You'll Do

• Research prospective customers and target accounts
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up
• Qualify opportunities and identify customer needs
• Schedule appointments for Account Executives
• Maintain CRM records and prospect activity
• Learn Crossroads Courier's logistics solutions and value proposition
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams
• Meet prospecting, appointment-setting, and pipeline goals
• Develop the skills necessary to advance into an Account Executive role

Preferred Qualifications

• Approximately one year of sales or customer-facing experience
• Customer service, retail, recruiting, hospitality, banking, or call center experience
• CRM experience
• Logistics or transportation experience
• College degree or equivalent experience
