Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients through thorough assessments and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide group and individual psychotherapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Evaluate and address the psychological, social, and emotional needs of clients while providing ongoing support.

• Consult closely with clients' families and interdisciplinary medical teams to ensure comprehensive care is provided.

• Coordinate with clinical supervisors to manage intern caseloads, ensuring high-quality training and staff development.

• Compile and maintain accurate, audit-compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment notes in the AWARDS electronic health record system.

• Participate in clinical meetings to discuss treatment strategies, share knowledge, and partake in case reviews.
\n
• Facilitate training workshops for interns and clinicians, helping to uphold compliance with changing federal, state, and county regulations.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust them as needed based on client progress.

• Engage actively in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of interns to foster a collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
