Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will take on several important responsibilities aimed at delivering excellence in clinical care:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the needs of patients and develop tailored treatment plans employing best practices and evidence-based interventions.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide support tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ensure timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a comprehensive care plan that addresses both immediate and long-term mental health goals.

• Serve as an educator for patients and their families, providing valuable information regarding mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources.

• Engage in regular peer review meetings and case consultations to foster continuous improvement and enhance the quality of care delivered to patients.

• Stay abreast of developments in the field of mental health to integrate new research into your practice effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
