Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of clients within the school setting.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, coordinating with educators and family members to ensure continuity of care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide preventative services and therapeutic interventions to students exhibiting emotional or behavioral difficulties.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, ensuring timely support is rendered in high-pressure situations.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while documenting client progress and conducting regular follow-ups.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops, addressing common issues faced by students.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educational professionals and external organizations, to create a supportive network for students.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans based on client progress and changing circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
