Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students, developing individualized treatment plans that adhere to the highest standards of practice.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions to fit the unique situations and needs of each child and adolescent.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation reflects the care provided and adheres to organizational policies.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including educational staff, mental health professionals, and external agencies, to support students’ mental health and promote academic success.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at continuously improving the quality of care and therapeutic outcomes for our clients.

• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and resources within the community that can assist in the healing process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will center on school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will work collaboratively with school counselors and educators to ensure that students receive the support they need both inside and outside of the classroom.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.

• Proven proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations, including students and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
