Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate therapeutic and educational group sessions tailored to the unique needs of patients, documenting their goals and responses accurately to monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Participate in treatment-planning meetings, providing insights on patient progress and collaboratively developing strategies to address challenges, ensuring comprehensive care that prioritizes patient needs.

• Assist clients in navigating resistance or conflict by employing effective intervention techniques that foster self-evaluation of behaviors, thought processes, and coping mechanisms.

• Maintain precise, organized, and up-to-date patient records in compliance with social work standards, documenting assessments, patient involvement, interdisciplinary communication, and case closure details.

• Develop personalized treatment plans for each client that highlight their strengths, identify deficits, and address high-risk psychosocial needs, ensuring the provision of individualized care.

The LCSW will focus primarily on a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, families in crisis, and those requiring support for transitional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 annually , based on the complexity of the caseload and relevant experience.
