Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to work from home while still being fully engaged with your patients and team members. Your typical work hours will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable work-life balance while serving a population that requires empathetic and effective care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling services to students while assessing their distinct emotional and psychological needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and mental health professionals, to develop and refine personalized treatment plans through regular meetings.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources and coping strategies to empower them outside therapy sessions.

• Document client progress diligently using our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate and accessible patient files.

• Conduct thorough assessments, create treatment goals, and measure outcomes to track and report progress effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adolescents who are facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. You will also support their families, helping them understand the resources available and the importance of mental health care. Your work will not only impact individual students but also contribute to creating a healthier school community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Nevada.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical social work, particularly in a school or educational setting.

• Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate rapport with students and families.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked with older adult clients or have specific training in adolescent mental health interventions. Experience with telehealth services is also highly regarded, as we aim to optimize our delivery of care remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
